What the website collects

When you visit, Google Analytics records:

  • the pages you view, and the website or search that brought you here;
  • when you tap a button to book or buy, and which treatment, package or gift card it was for;
  • the links and buttons you tap on this site, such as calling us, getting directions or choosing a language;
  • links you follow to other websites, and how far you scroll;
  • how quickly pages load for you;
  • your type of device and browser, screen orientation and language;
  • your approximate location, such as your city, which Google works out from your internet address.

We use this to see which pages help people choose a treatment and book, and to make the site faster. We don't use it for advertising and we don't sell it.

Google says Google Analytics doesn't store internet (IP) addresses.

Google Analytics keeps these records for 14 months, then deletes them.

Cookies and browser storage

Cookies and browser storage are small pieces of information a website keeps in your browser. This site keeps:

  • Google Analytics cookies and a random ID, so repeat visits from the same browser are counted together;
  • your appearance choice (Auto, Light or Dark), if you change it at the bottom of the page;
  • when you closed a banner, so it doesn't keep coming back.

None of these hold your name or contact details.

How to opt out

  • Install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on to stop Google Analytics on every website you visit.
  • Block or delete cookies and site data in your browser settings. Google Analytics then can't tell repeat visits apart, and the site won't remember your appearance choice or closed banners.
