Before You Arrive
To help us serve you best, please arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes or brows. Any time spent on cleansing will reduce your treatment time. If you're running late, let us know — we’ll do our best to accommodate. A waitlist is now available via our online booking platform (FRESHA) for your convenience.

Tardiness
We value your time and ours. Please arrive on time to avoid delays. If you expect to be more than 10 minutes late, let us know as soon as possible. Late arrivals may result in a shorter session so we can stay on schedule for others. Thank you for your understanding and punctuality.

Late Cancellations
We understand that unexpected things happen. If you need to cancel your appointment, please let us know at least 12 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 12 hours’ notice will incur a fee equal to 50% of the appointment cost. This helps us manage our schedule and offer the slot to others in need.

Deposits, No-Shows & Payments
Deposits are required to secure your booking and are refundable only if you reschedule or cancel at least 12 hours prior. If we receive less than 12 hours’ notice, the deposit will be forfeited as a Late Cancellation Fee. No-shows — including cases where we do not hear from you within 10 minutes of your appointment start time — will be charged 100% of the booking fee. A 2% card surcharge applies to all card payments. A 15% surcharge applies to appointments on Sundays and Public Holidays.

Memberships
Memberships are non-transferable and cannot be used for other services or products. Cancellations or rescheduling within 12 hours will result in forfeiting the booked treatment. Memberships are not redeemable for cash. A 10% surcharge applies for bookings on Sundays or Public Holidays.
